About Carrie Makarewicz
I'm the department Chair and co-director of the Community Collaborative Research Center. I research the impacts on people from the interactions between public and private investments, planning processes, and policies. My focus is transportation, housing, public schools, and community development. I worked as a planner in nonprofit and public organizations.
